Dealer Promise

The AA has its ‘Commandments of Gold Standard Customer Service’ to ensure that sure you are looked after before and after sale and totally assured that your vehicle purchase is stress-free. While most dealers are reputable traders we have taken it to the next level by signing up to the AA Dealer Promise.
    •  Provide a minimum of 6 months MOT on all vehicles
    •  Hand over all essential documents including V5 registration document, MOT certificate and any available service records
    •  Be audited by the AA once a year to ensure compliance with this Dealer Promise
    •  All vehicles come with 12 months free breakdown cover
    • Offer a road test to ensure the vehicle meets your requirements
    • Provide a free history check on every vehicle
    • Professionally prepare and hand over the vehicle in a good condition
    • Enable you to escalate issues to the AA and they will mediate between you and us
    • As the Dealer we will honour the obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to protect your purchase

    Breakdown Cover

    All our vehicles come with free 12-month AA Breakdown Cover. Already a member? then enjoy a free upgrade to your existing policy.

    Dealer Warranty / Manufacturers Warranty

    Before you purchase a car from us we do as many checks as possible, but to cover the unforeseen we provide a 3 month/3000 mile parts and labour warranty as standard. The majority of vehicles in our nearly-new range are covered by manufacturers’ warranties.
